Kickback
Summer Kickback is annual event held every summer for all of the VSAs in Wisconsin come together for some fun in the sun! Water balloons, cake, and a lot of volleyball made up some of the highlights. This year it was held at Grant Beach in Milwaukee, WI. We'll keep you updated on any information for next year on this page!
Culture
Night
Our culture night brings together people to not only celebrate Vietnamese Culture, but all the different cultures within our university. Through this event, we strive to foster a community that understands and celebrates what makes us different. In 2018, we were able to bring together 20+ student organizations all throughout campus for a fun-filled night! Stay tuned for more information on our next event!
Tet
Our biggest event of the year celebrates one of the most important holidays in Vietnam: Tết. Tết is the celebration of the first day of the New Year based on the Lunar calendar, and the celebration of this
holiday is the culmination of what it means to be Vietnamese. By hosting and organizing our own celebration of Tết here on campus, we are able to bring a piece of Vietnam to Madison and allows those who identify with Vietnamese culture a space to commemorate the most important holiday in Vietnamese culture.
